The wine is made from selected grapes of Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Cabernet and Merlot in their production. Selected collection and the vinification of grapes are kept separate. The duration of fermentation is about 18 - 25 days depending on the season. After racking and once completed malolactic fermentation (December-January), the product is transferred into oak barrels LT. 225 of essence and varies from France, where it remains to mature for 18 to 20 months. The optimal time is spent doing the assembly and then bottling. The wine cellar is temperature controlled to 16 - 18 ° C in glass, to refine for about six months before release for consumption
