EXPOSURE: Suoth-East.
TYPE OF CULTIVATION: spurred ribbed espalier type.
VINEYARDS (AVERAGE): 20 years old.
VINTAGE PER HECTARE: 7 tons.
COLOUR: deep ruby red.
FRAGRANCE: harmonic and lingering.
FLAVOUR: smooth, full-bodied.
VOLUME: 13%.
TOTAL ACIDITY: 5.40.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20 degrees.


This wine is made from selected Sangiovese, Montepulciano, and Cabernet grapes, from our vineyards in the Boschi Salviati estase in Monte S. Savino - Arezzo. The Wine-making procedure is carried out according to the expertise Tuscany tradition, together with technologies and modern devices (thermo-controlled temperature). After maturing in French oak casks for 6-8 months, the process is completed in bottles for another 6 months, then this wine is ready for the market.
Best served with high-quality meat, game and seasoned cheese.
